Client: Paul Thomas Flowers
Brief: Design the branding for the website and develop gallery and slideshow applications
Technologies: Flash ActionScript, XML
Role: Designer, Flash Platform Developer
Notes: The gallery application uses a small footprint (68kb) and uses xml to deliver the location of the thumbnail and large images for upload into the gallery. The thumbnails load in sequence rather than in the usual ad-hoc manner. XML also provides the text for the gallery and the descriptions for the images. Client: netdecisions
Brief: Internal promotion piece
Technologies: Illustrator, After Effects
Role: Designer, Video Animator, Sound Designer
Notes: A line, created in Illustrator, was duplicated to several layers in Adobe After Effects. A wave was then generated by flexing, and distorting the vector images over time. The sound effects were also the result of layering, stretching and distorting small sound files.
